At Venue Church, we are unashamedly passionate about the House of God. We are convinced that the Bible teaches that God uses the local church to both proclaim the good news of salvation through Jesus, and to establish His Kingdom, bringing righteousness and justice to the earth.
1 Kings 8:18 says: “But the Lord said to my father David, ‘You did well to have it in your heart to build a temple for my Name.’” This year our end of year giving campaign will be focused on one thing. Building a house for His name. A place that will be a beacon of light in a world that continues to dim. A place where people meet with Jesus and he changes them. A place of refreshing for those that are dry. A place that will be built by those that have a heart for the house. We are excited for all that God will do in and through this land and building that rests upon it.
We needed $60,000 down to purchase this building and land. As of March 2021 we have raised $48k and are now at the tail end of raising what we need. We would like to invite you to experience the joy of playing your part in building God’s House. Join with us in praying for what God would put in your heart to give towards the house for this end of year “Heart For The House” offering. We believe that this is an offering that has eternal rewards that won’t stop yielding returns until Jesus returns.
It’s about impacting our communities and outreaching to those places that need the life-giving message of Christ. It’s about community and the people that will leave our building to affect their work place, their families and friends forever. We are so excited about all that God has planned for the house of Venue Church!
THE “HEART FOR THE HOUSE” GOAL:
1. Receive Enough For The Down Payment & Purchase the Property
SECURE LOAN // PURCHASE LAND & BUILDING // START RENOVATION PROCESS
Once we can raise the remainder of the down payment, we can complete the process for the purchase of the land and building. We can then finish all of the architectural plans and begin the renovation process. We will need to raise more capital for phase II (complete the renovation) but we will be able to start working on the inside immediately after closing.
